Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Rescheduling and Cancellations by Clients

  • Clients must notify their coach at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel a training session. Rescheduling is subject to the coach’s availability.
  • Short-Notice Cancellations: If a client cancels within 12 hours of the scheduled training session, the session will be forfeited, and 100% of the session fee is non-refundable.


2. Cancellations by the Coach

  • In the event a coach cancels a session within 12 hours of the scheduled time, the client is entitled to one free replacement session. Please notify the company to process this reimbursement.


3. Exceptional Circumstances

  • Under extreme unforeseen situations (e.g., accidents, bereavement, or severe illness) with valid proof, exceptions to short-notice cancellations may be granted at the company’s discretion.


4. Late Arrivals

  • Client’s Late Arrival: Sessions will end at the originally scheduled time, regardless of the client’s arrival time, to avoid delays for subsequent appointments.
  • Coach’s Late Arrival: If a coach is late, clients should notify the company immediately so appropriate action can be taken.


5. Training Inactivity

  • If a client is inactive for 4 consecutive weeks without valid notice, their assigned time slot will be reallocated to new clients. Upon resuming, the client will need to coordinate new scheduling arrangements with the company.


6. Session Expiry

  • Fixed Slot Packages: All sessions must be completed within 2 months from the payment date.
  • Flexible Slot Packages: All sessions must be completed within 12 months from the payment date.


7. Refund Policy

  • No cash refunds will be provided. In the event of prolonged medical conditions or valid circumstances preventing the client from completing sessions within the package timeframe, the client may extend the completion period by up to 12 months from the payment date.


Booking Policy
1. Booking Requirements

  • Clients can submit their contact details through the company’s website form. A customer service representative will respond within 1 business day to arrange training sessions.


2. Booking Confirmation

  • Session bookings are confirmed through Fitness Achievers’ Social app or WhatsApp chat, following a consultation (online/physical) to gather necessary client details.


3. No-Show Policy

  • Clients who fail to show up for a scheduled session without providing 12 hours’ notice will forfeit the session, and 100% of the session fee is nonrefundable.


4. Payment Structure

  • All payments must be made in advance prior to the first training session. Payment terms depend on the agreed session package, with a minimum purchase of 4 sessions.

  • Credit/Debit Card
  • E-wallets: Grab, Boost, TnG


5. Payment Renewal

  • Clients are responsible for renewing their packages before their current package expires to ensure continuity of training sessions.

  • Personal Information: Name, email address, phone number, physical address, and payment details.

  • While we implement security measures to protect your data, no system is entirely secure. Users acknowledge this risk when sharing personal data online.


4. Use of Data

  • Manage accounts and provide services.
  • Communicate service updates and promotional oSers.
  • Analyze usage trends to improve the user experience.


5. Third-Party Sharing

  • We may share data with third-party service providers or aSiliates as necessary for service delivery.
  • Data will not be sold to unauthorized parties.
