Coaches & Training Location
Yes, you can train at our office if you are in close proximity to the location and if we have the necessary equipment available to support your fitness goals.
Yes, you can train at a pay-per-entry gym. However, please note that clients are responsible for covering the entry fee for their coach.
Our personal training sessions officially start from 6:30am to 10:00pm. If you require sessions outside of these hours, additional overtime (OT) charges may apply.
Our training schedule is not inherently flexible. We will work with you to establish your preferred training schedule with our coach. In the event of rescheduling sessions, it will depend on the availability of our coaches. However, we will make every effort to accommodate your needs.
No, our coaches are not certified dietitians.
Absolutely. Fitness Achievers’ coaches are well-versed in diets for weight loss, muscle building, and general health and fitness. We also provide individual nutritional guidance.
No, our coaches bring their own portable fitness equipment for training sessions if required. You do not need to provide any equipment.
Yes, you can request a change of coach if you feel that the assigned coach is not compatible. Please inform us if you encounter any issues during your training sessions, and we will assist you accordingly.
Payment & Packages

No, we do not have any binding contracts. You can stop training after completing the paid sessions.
No, Fitness Achievers does not have a refund policy. Instead, we will ensure that all the sessions you have paid for are completed.
We accept online bank transfers, Atome (3-month installment plan with 0% interest rate), credit cards, and STRIPE payments.
No, all our payments are based on the total number of agreed-upon sessions.
For example:
- If you are training with us 2 times per week, the payment would be for 8 sessions.
- If you are training with us 3 times per week, the payment would be for 12 sessions.
Payment must be made in a lump sum
Yes, you can transfer your remaining sessions to another person.
Yes, the expiry dates for the packages are as follows:
8-12 sessions: 3 months expiry date.
Family package: 1 year expiry date.
Yes, we offer an installment plan exclusively for Maybank credit cardholders. You can enjoy installment options for 6-12 months with 0% interest rate.
Yes, you can definitely do that.
No, payments must be made in a single receipt.
The rate of RM180 for 2pax is for the entire group. It can be divided between two people, resulting in RM90 per person.
In such cases, we can convert the remaining balance of training sessions into 1-on-1 sessions.
Yes, you can share the family package with friends or family members. For example, if you purchase a 50-session family package, you can split it in half:
25 sessions for you.

Our Specialist Rate coaches usually work with clients who have more medical issues or past injuries, such as slip disc, diabetes, spinal or severe joint issues, etc. All clients with no or minimal medical conditions are handled by our Premium Rate coaches.
Yes. The receipt will be auto generated after a payment is paid.
Transportation & Parking Charges
We prioritize assigning coaches located within a 15km radius to minimize transportation costs for our clients. However, if a suitable coach is not available within this range, transportation charges will apply. You can click here to view the charges.- app
If free parking is not available, clients are responsible for covering the coach’s parking charges for the training session.
Yes, the first 15km distance does not incur any charges.
No, we do not calculate the distance from our office. Instead, we calculate the distance based on the coach’s permanent address that is closest to your residence. The proximity of the coach’s location to your residence is taken into consideration.
Corporate Project
Yes, Fitness Achievers has successfully collaborated with several companies for corporate training.
We offer health and fitness programs tailored to meet the specific needs of companies. Our programs focus on general health and fitness, weight loss, stamina improvement, flexibility, and team building activities. We customize our programs according to the requirements of each company.

Referral Program
Absolutely! We encourage and appreciate referrals.
For every successful referral you make, you will be eligible to receive a 15% referral fee based on the new client’s first month’s fees. This 15% referral fees will be discount directly to your account in the FA Application.
Your referred friend or family member will enjoy a RM25 discount on their first package with Fitness Achievers.

Cancellation Policy
Yes, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to reschedule or cancel a training session, we kindly request that you notify your coach at least 24 hours in advance. You can discuss with your coach to find a suitable replacement session, subject to the coach’s availability.
While we encourage a 24-hour notice, the latest time to cancel a session would be 12 hours before the scheduled session.
No, as long as you provide a cancellation notice at least 12 hours before the scheduled session. However, please note that a short-notice cancellation within 12 hours, without any valid proof, will be considered as forfeiture of the session.
In the case of extreme unforeseen circumstances such as accidents, deaths, or severe illness, where short-notice cancellation is not possible, exceptions can be granted based on mutual understanding and goodwill. For severe illness, we kindly request that you provide a medical certificate as proof of your condition.
No, you will not be charged if the coach cancels the training session with at least 12 hours’ notice.
If your coach cancels the training session within the 12-hour timeframe, you are entitled to receive a FREE session from the coach as compensation. Please report it in the app to escalate the issue to the management team.
In the case of extended absence or training inactivity without a valid reason, we will hold your fixed slot for a maximum of 4 weeks (1 month). After 4 weeks (1 month), we may assign the coach’s time slot to new clients. When you resume training, we will make new arrangements based on availability.
Our cancellation policy is in place to ensure that you maintain the commitment you made to yourself in pursuing your fitness goals. At Fitness Achievers, we want to support you in achieving a healthier and fitter lifestyle. Consistency from both parties is key to achieving great results.
Training Session
Please come dressed in proper sport attire and bring a towel, water bottle, and a yoga mat (if available) for hygiene purposes.

As a beginner, it’s important to approach your fitness journey with patience and realistic expectations. Significant changes in your body may take around a month to become noticeable. However, during the initial stages, you may experience improvements in energy levels, mood, and overall well-being even before visible physical changes occur.
For more substantial transformations, we recommend staying committed to the program for a minimum of 6 months.
We recommend training 2 to 3 times per week for at least 3 to 6 months to achieve optimal results.
Absolutely! You will receive your personalized training program from your coach within two weeks of starting your training sessions.
Yes, you will receive individualized nutritional guidance from your coach within two weeks of starting your training sessions. They will help you create a nutrition plan that aligns with your fitness goals.
